Beyond Limits Digital is a South African digital agency. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our contact channels.

Our hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser/device data and request logs for security and service operation.

4. POPIA principles
We aim to process personal information lawfully and reasonably, for specific purposes, and only to the extent needed for those purposes. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and not retain it longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
5. Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam and abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, network and interaction signals to determine whether a request appears to come from a human visitor. This processing is subject to Cloudflare’s applicable privacy terms.
6. WhatsApp and external services
If you choose the WhatsApp link, you leave our website and communicate through WhatsApp. Information you provide there is also processed under WhatsApp/Meta’s terms and privacy practices. Links to other third-party services are governed by those providers’ policies.
7. Sharing and operators
We may use service providers such as website hosting, email/SMTP and security providers to operate the site and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information. Service providers should only process information as needed to provide their services or meet legal obligations.
8. Cookies and local storage
This version of the website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small browser preference to remember that you dismissed the POPIA information notice. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is added later, this notice and the website’s consent controls should be updated first.
